It is the standard 70/30 split.

There is under cover parking available, however due to the design there is no enclosed garaging available.

How do I reserve my unit?

You can reserve a unit by signing a “Reserve Agreement” with the appointed estate agent.

On signature of the agreement, you will be required to pay a Deposit of R100 000.00, which will reserve your unit for 14 days

When do I sign the Agreement of Sale?

After signature of the Reserve Agreement, you will sign an Agreement of Sale with the developer, where you may select either one of the two options:



Cash Purchase: Requires a cash deposit of 30% of the purchase price, payable into the Conveyancer’s trust account within 14 days of signature of the Agreement of Sale. The balance of the Purchase Price may then be secured by way of a South African Bank Guarantee, submitted to the attorneys within 30 working days of signature of the agreement.



Financed Purchase: Requires a minimum cash deposit of 10% of the Purchase Price, paid into the Conveyancer’s trust account within 14 days of signature of the Agreement of Sale. The balance of the Purchase Price must be secured by way of a Bank Approval letter.
